तो आइए जानते हैं पोरा (पोला) का त्यौहार कैसे मनाते है:-

छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य भारत देश का एकमात्र राज्य हैं जो पूर्णतः कृषि राज्य हैं। धान की खेती यहा की प्रमुख फसल हैं। यही कारण है कि प्रदेशवासी खेती किसानी का काम शुरू करने से पहले हल की पूजा करते हैं, जिसके बाद ही अपने कृषि काम में जुट जाते है। वही बैलों की पूजा भी विधि विधान से करते हैं। जिसमे राज्य की अलग संस्कृति की झलक दिखाए देती हैं।

इसी पर्व को छत्तीसगढ़ में पोरा (पोला) पर्व कहते हैं। दरअसल भद्रमास की अमावस्या तिथि को मनाया जानें वाले यह पोरा त्यौहार, खरीफ फसल की द्वितीय चरण का (निंदाई) पूरा हो जानें पर मनाते हैं।

दरअसल पोरा पर्व कृषि आधारित हैं। जगह जगह बैलों की पूजा- अर्चना होती हैlगांव के किसान भाई लोग बैलों को नहला धुलाकर सजाते हैं फिर विधि विधान से उनकी पूजा करते हैं।

इस दिन मिट्टी और लकड़ी से बने बैल चलाने की परंपरा हैं।इसके अलावा मिट्टी के अन्य खिलौने को बच्चों द्वारा खेला जाता हैं।छत्तीसगढ़ के इस लोक पर्व पर घरों में ठेठरी, खुरमी, चोसेला, खीर पुरी, बड़ा और भी छत्तीसगढ़ी पकवान बनाए जाते हैं। फिर शाम को पोरा पटकने की परंपरा होती है। जहां बच्चे अपने अपने घर से एक एक मिट्टी के खिलौने को पटककर फोड़ते हैं। जो नंदी बैल की आस्था का प्रतीक माना जाता हैं।

इस दिन खेती न करने की अनुमति होती हैं। पोरा (पोला) पर्व की रात्रि को गर्भ पूजन किया जाता हैं। ऐसा माना जाता हैं की इसी दिन अन्ना माता गर्भ धारण करती हैं, अर्थात् धान के पौधों में दूध भरता हैं। इसी कारण खेतों में जानें की अनुमति नही होती।रात में जब सब लोग सो जाते हैं तब गांव के पुजारी, मुखिया, बैगा तथा पुरुष सहायक के साथ अर्धरात्रि को गांव तथा गांव के बाहर सीमा क्षेत्र के कोने कोने में प्रतिष्ठित सभी देवी देवताओं के पास जाकर विशेष पूजा किया जाता हैं। यह पूजन रात भर चलती है। वही दूसरे दिन बैलों की पुजा किसान भाई उत्साह के साठ पर्व मनाते हैं।

हिंदी की बिंदी कर रही कमाल है
ऊँचाइयाँ छू रही साल दर साल है
हमें अपनी हिंदी भाषा पर अभिमान है
हिंदी का परचम लहराए यूँही वह देश की ढाल है।
