In today’s religious mindset, there is a common belief that—
the entire functioning of the universe, birth and death, pleasure and pain, justice and injustice—
is all in the hands of some single historical figure such as Rama, Krishna, Buddha, Mahavira, or Christ.
From a spiritual perspective, this is not accurate, and it can be understood from two angles.
---
1. Historical Figures vs. the Supreme Reality
Rama, Krishna, Mahavira, Buddha, Christ — these are personalities who lived in history.
Their lives, words, and actions took place in specific times, places, and circumstances.
God or the Supreme Consciousness is not the name of a person.
It is the root of all existence — the source of energy, consciousness, and order.
If we limit God to a single individual, we reduce the Infinite into something finite.
---
2. Why This Misconception Arose
For the devotee, the ideal person appears as a living embodiment of God.
The compassion, wisdom, courage, or love they saw in such a person made them believe:
"This is what God must be like."
Gradually, this sentiment shifted from historical reverence to the belief that:
"These very individuals are the actual controllers of creation."
While this feeling is beautiful in the depth of devotion,
it is incorrect from the standpoint of essential philosophy —
because Rama, Krishna, Buddha, Mahavira were messengers of Truth, not Truth itself.
---
3. The View of Vedanta and the Gita
In the Gita, Krishna says:
"I am not the doer of actions in this world, nor the giver of the fruits of actions;
it is Nature that carries all this out."
Vedanta declares:
"Aham Brahmasmi" — I am that very Consciousness.
This means the root of existence is the same in every person, not in any single historical figure alone.
---
4. The Problem
When we see God only in the form of a single person,
we end up worshiping that person instead of entering the Truth they realized.
This is why today religion has turned into idolizing individuals rather than seeking Truth.
---
📜 In summary:
Rama, Krishna, Mahavira, Buddha, Christ — these were messengers of Truth, not Truth itself.
God is not bound to a single body, but pervades the entirety of existence.
It is right to honor these figures, but to regard them as the ultimate doer and controller
is an error from the perspective of Advaita and essential philosophy.

🔥 "Every Day is a Chance" 🔥
Yesterday, I read in Disciplined Mind:
"Every day is an opportunity to become more disciplined."
Discipline builds dreams.
So get up, push harder, and make today count.
🌟 "Step Outside" 🌟
If you have hope, step outside —
The world is waiting to smile with you.
If you have courage, step outside —
Challenges turn into stepping stones.
If you have strength, step outside —
your light can brighten someone’s darkness. ✨
