“Salaries are not to be shared with anyone”
Now if we understand this tag line than yet salaries are not to be disclosed but everyone some how finds out it in the form of exact or lump sum amount!
How do we get this information well there is no answer to it and everyone has the answer to it, yes you heard it write but regarding finding the lump sum salary in most of the cases Experience is the key area where one identifies the income!
This was the general trivia now just imagine you are in college and you got placed in a company with all your hard work behind it, Congratulations to you🥳!
Now in the same company you find the Employee Handbook that to not share your Salary in any form, here comes the blunder, the blunder is that from whichever college you got passed out will post a photo of you with big bold letters that X amount CTC and just below that the company name!
Just imagine you just read the Handbook and saw not to disclose the income you get from the company but on the other side most of the people sitting around you or your colleagues know it that what package was offered to you!
This thing is done just for the sake of getting reputation for getting more enrolments in the Colleges but as far as I think this should be stopped as some people might judge you just based on your CTC which is completely wrong!
This is the harsh truth which is accepted, furthermore many websites you search will give you an average salary for the position you search for that particular company!
An ideal thought came to me in my mind while i was scrolling my Instagram account and saw some people got placed in a company with X amount of CTC!
