Once you start facing your fear, it bestows you with courage, self-awareness, wisdom, preparedness, humility and vigilance, but also it is crucial to differentiate between healthy and unhealthy fears. Healthy fear contributes to our growth while, unhealthy fear would lead you to jealousy, anxiety and other irrational disorders. Fear also can be very powerful catalyst for character development when handled correctly. 💀🔥🦹♀️
