As the name of the song, the singer wants to convey her thoughts to her ex-boyfriend.

 

In the start of the song she is guilty that she lied to him and cheated on him. She knows that she has failed as a friend and declared herself as a bad girlfriend. 

When she knows that her ex-boyfriend has moved on with his life and has a new girlfriend then only she realized that she still has feelings for him.

But she knew that it was not possible for them to reconcile so she just wanted to meet him one last time.
