Interpretation:
As the name of the song, the singer wants to convey her thoughts to her ex-boyfriend.
In the start of the song she is guilty that she lied to him and cheated on him. She knows that she has failed as a friend and declared herself as a bad girlfriend.
When she knows that her ex-boyfriend has moved on with his life and has a new girlfriend then only she realized that she still has feelings for him.
But she knew that it was not possible for them to reconcile so she just wanted to meet him one last time.
Just only last time she wants to be the one who takes him home and stays with him. She wants to experience the feeling of waking up in eachothers arms.
She just wants to be with him for one last time and promise to let him go after that.
