Just pay a little more attention

It's not that I need you or want you all the time..
There are no set rules between us..
But why to set rules even...we don't want that.
Then why we miss something on and off
Why do I seek this attention..then
Are we taking things for granted .
No I don't think so...but yes this as well is true at times.
We both are busy..have responsibilities we know well.
But aren't we together despite that....
The thought that bestie will understand..
