We lived in almost all the secured places for several decades, staff quarters, and areas and apartments, where there used to be security arrangements.
When we were to move to our own newly built house, a friend who was staying in his own home had said, we would face several difficulties: water, garbage management, street dogs, and several new kinds of tenants, and extraneous noise, etc.
We had not faced any such kind of things earlier, but he was true that we faced all kinds of problems, and even more, and we were not trained how to manage these; it took nearly a decade for us to really get a good grasp of the things, and some control and regulation; and I don't understand why the people behave differently in nearly the same or similar environment and neighbourhoods.
Why do we need others as our watch-dogs, and security personnel?
Aren't we the same human beings in the same two kind of places?
