If I were the CEO of the company called the Indian Federal Democratic Pvt. Ltd., then I would do the following:
1. I will get elected without flaunting any norms of the election,
2. I wouldn't visit any holy place for pooja or darshan during the election,
3. I wouldn't operate any mechanism that would bias public towards me,
4. I would give less promises, than I can really implement,
5. I wouldn't choose a single member who has a tarnished image in public eyes,
6. I would have a cabinet of engineers, scientists, sociologists, economists, doctors, and philosophers,
7. I will give equal opportunities to women, and underprivileged class of people,
8. I will give orders to the sub-companies to see that they strictly follow my norms,
9. No company machinery will be allowed to use any force to oppress or suppress the sentiments of the common men, and women of the company,
10. I will not allow doctors and nurses to go on strikes,
11. Education upto first degree will be free for all,
12. All the health systems will be of the first class only,
13. Entire security and judiciary machinery will be based on the principle of Humanitarian values,
14. All the cases will have the final judgements within utmost one year,
15. No farmer would need to end his life prematurely,
16. All the women and children will be taught to self-defend themselves,
17. More emphasis will be put on pursuing scientific, and philosophical approach rather than ritualistic approach in solving the problems faced by the people,
18. The virtues of attention, affection, care and kindness will be taught to all the citizens of my company,
19. The profits will be appropriately distributed, and shared,
20. The approach of 'inclusiveness' rather than 'exclusiveness' will be followed.
With this 20 point agenda I will see that my company becomes number one in the world.
But, this will happen only if I am proposed as a candidate in the first place!!!
