following will at least make sensitive people more sensitive.
1. As a good citizen we must have certain civic sense and responsibilities.
2. we must throw debris of repair work in proper place.
3. we must throw house wastes in a dustbin and never on the nearby roads.
4. we must not create noice and pollution because this would harm our neighbors.
5. we must not fight over petty issues.
All such things are taught by our parents and also in school but some fellows never abide by common rules, they are incorrigible. Be a sensitive citizen. Kindly don't become a bogus educated person.
