It is really disgusting and unfortunate that in our own country and in many other places, millions live without a square meal every day, despite there seems to be plenty of food; in plants, trees, even livestock, and sea food; the hunger management is still an unresolved problem; the economy of food distribution and sharing is nearly a 'failure'; despite the presence of UNO, and many planning commissions and what not, all over the world!
Our ex-prime minister Mr. Atal Bihari Vajpayee had once said, even if one person is poor, the entire country is poor.
Are we then, justified in building huge monuments and architects at the cost of millions of currency for 'false' prestige, pride, glory and show-off; when our other bretherns have no smile on their faces due to hunger?
