We have talked on Force that is so vital,
In our daily life.
Now let's talk about tension, that is also important ingredient of our life.
In fact tension can be considered as a force in the opposite direction. But they produce somewhat different effects.
You can imagine one kg weight put on your head, and in another instance, your head is pulled by one kg force; like in an orthopaedic ward in a hospital, some patients' arms are continuously pulled by weights using pulley mechanism.
We often experience a lot of tension of work. We get tensed if we are getting late for a train or a flight, for any important function, children's exams are approaching, children are sick, parents are sick, wife is yelling if we have bought bad vegetables, and the boss in the office is blasting, and similar things.
These tensions also create similar pressures as done by usual forces.
Tensions and pressures cause extra burdon and affect our mental and physical health and wellness.
In many ways these useful and naturally occurring phenomena, often create worries that we need to analize by studying our mind's reactions on day to day basis, mainly from our previous experiences.
