The word 'ghost' enough to get scared.
Belief of ghost vary person to person. The unknown, invisible images scare us. In silence and darkness people creates imaginary ghost which keep frightening them in loneliness and in disturbed sleep.
People have their own way to overcome it.
Bottom line is that--
We have good faith on God.
And we have bad belief on Ghost.
