can we AFFORD TO BE CARELESS???
I get very frustrated and angry when i see children without their seatbelt on. I also feel sad for that child with no seatbelt. I also feel sad that the person driving is irresponsible.
Don't say that "it doesn't matter".
No it matters. SAFETY MATTERS.
