While we are staying home keeping ourselves safe from pandemic, there are heroes on the front line fighting another war.
We don't see them many often, but we are here because of them. While we saw floods of social media posts about recent demice of two actors, we forgot to pay our respect to the real heroes, our soldiers.
Today we lost five guardians during a counter-terrorist operation. Obviously, this did not made to the breaking news, as our media is busy inciting the hatred between us and we are busy feeding on those fraudulent news and countless broadcasts about the life of attention hungry social celebrities and elected goons.
In a democracy where media is considered as the fourth pillar, in our country it has lost all it's credibility. In this matter, we are equally responsible that we forgot who are sacrificing their lives for us.
We are more concerned about pointless feeds of irrelevant people who call themselves celebrity, we are absorbing trivial content about the dumb politicians who shit with their mouths, and we are so engaged in reading insignificant memes that we forgot the people who actually matter. The soldiers, are not only sacrificing their life but their families also. But here we are, this loss of precision life does not bothers us, why?? because it doesn't affects us directly. Well, it should affect you, if you call yourself Indian then it should affect you.
Every life that has been put on line for the nation should affect you.
Rest in peace.
May god give their families strength and courage in this difficult time to cope up with this tragic and irreplaceable loss.
Let's hope for tomorrow that we value those who are sacrificing their life for us.
The people who are putting their families in difficult time so that our families can be at peace.
