You are civilized if in any kind of arguments you stick to the point of discussion only and not go to any past references, you do not try to assassinate the character of opposition, you do not debate on morality or virtues ,, you do not degrade others with your words and if you are open to change yourself and look from the point of view of others.
but instead of this most of the people just shout , leave the thing to be discussed ,blame others to the extent of murder, or simply if a woman is involved , just put a word for her character true or false anything is enough to end fight and win.
