ए नादान बंदे शुक्र कर रब का
तू छतके नीचे महफ़ूज़ घर में है
हाल पूछ मज़दूर से जो बेचारा
भटकता भूखा-प्यासा राह में है
यहाँ बाप की शक्ल नहीं देखी
आखरी वक़्त में कुछ लोगों ने
बेटा तड़पता हॉस्पिटल में और
कोरोनासे लड़के बाप कब्र में है
तेरे घर में राशन है साल भर का
तूं उसकी सोच जो दो वक़्त की
रोटी के लिए ख़ुद्दारी त्याग कर
भिख माँगने तक की फ़िक्र में है
घर की क़ैद से आज़ाद हो कर
नादाँ तुम्हें किस बात की जल्दी
है आलीशान गाड़ी में घूमने की
अभी सारी कायनात ही सब्र में है
अब तक किस भ्रम में रहता है तुं
नादाँ, बंदों कि हरगिज़ नहीं सुनते
आजकल बंदोंके रवैयोंसे प्रभुजी
भी ख़फ़ा हैं,कुदरत अपने सुर में है
माँगें मिलतीं न थी मौत कैन्सर-सी
संजीदा बीमारियों से तड़पते लड़ते
मरीज़ों को पर आजकल कोरोनासे
मौतका फ़रिश्ता अलग ही मूँड़ में हैं
बिना ग़ुस्ल-ओ-स्नान के हो रही है
अंतिम-क्रिया,जब कि लाखों लाशों
का भी अंबार सरेआम है, लाशे भी
दो गज ज़मी पाने के इन्तज़ार में हैं ।
