આવતા સૌની નજરમાં આપણે.

ઓળખી સૌ કાઢતા લોકો બધા;
કે હતા છાપે ખબરમાં આપણે.

પ્રેમમાં છે એકબીજા સૌ કહે;
જો ફસાઇ ગયા ચકરમાં આપણે.

ખાસ ચર્ચાનો વિષય બનતા ગયા;
થઇ ગયા ફરતા નગરમાં આપણે.

અંત વેળા પણ ન છોડ્યો સાથ તો;
સાથમાં પોઢ્યા કબરમાં આપણે.
