After scientific study, and observations of our evolving human nature, I have the following inferences to make:
the concepts of the past, the present, and the future are devised by us, mainly by our own thoughts/mind;
they are not created by any third party, or any secondary person;
when we loose any opportunity, we say 'I lost the chance',
we are feeling the 'presence' every microsecond, and
when we see natural phenomena repeating, we get the impression of future; and also we see here the concept of past and presence.

So, our minds get tuned to always traversing in cycles from the past, the present, and to the future; until and unless we really get exhausted.
And we often don't realise how much time and effort we had invested in such oscillations.

We should learn from past, and live better present, and plan for good future;
there is nobody else planning our future, we ourselves have to do it; and the success depends on our ability to effectively and efficiently plan it, to realise our chosen goals.
