We the Indians are really hardworking, and yet often we are lazy;
Especially while working in India itself;
A huge number of people are very intelligent though;
Often, we lack directions, and proper goals;
Sometimes we are overconfident or in a hurry to demonstrate our capabilities;
Why we had to do that I really don't understand;
Where is the need of hurry?;
Haste makes waste;
As had happened earlier in case of some failures in missile projects, earlier-SLV projects, recent ISRO launch, and some aircrafts' projects (SARAS, and AVRO);
In some such cases, there were some aspects of over-enthusiasm;
And in an overall sense, we lost crores of rupees, all tax payers' money.
