Stress Management In The Workplace
First step is Stop Multitasking – Don’t focus many things at a time, but take one assignment for one specific time period and plan out a timetable for that specific assignment and try to finish one task within set time duration, and at the same time take others assignments which are necessary to finish, fix a time duration for each single assignment as well and try to finish each of them in their timetable. Keep in mind when one assignment is complete then you should move into others. So never try to do multitasking because in this way you cannot focus on all work tasks, which you have to complete. This exercise will teach you high productivity level and also finish your work on time.
Second step is Keep Distance – Yes keep a certain distance from your professional lifestyle and take you out for some activities, which make you relax, for example running, jogging, some sports and other activities which keep you fit and motivated towards your working lifestyle, because if you don’t consider these activities as part of your life then you will feel stress and bore all day in office during work and cannot finish on your work assignments.
