One shouldn’t say personal things about someone in anger, because relationships can change and you might become friends again someday.
But remember... whatever you’ve shared with someone during that phase can be repeated to them later. Once personal information leaves your mouth, you no longer control where it goes.
So choose your words carefully, especially when you’re angry. What feels like a temporary vent today can become a permanent problem tomorrow.
