"When you are joyful, the world looks joyful".
-Sadhguru.
***
Being in a real and absolute joyful state is the fundamental nature and need of every human being; however, due to the continual upheavals of our mind, this is not easily realizable, and we seek pleasures and joy in various objects, events, and people around us; and all these are temporarily shining and looking beautiful, we lose the moments of real pleasure and joy, like you have a car of ₹50 lakhs, but you are still not happy; so to be really happy you have to change your mind-set, and see and observe everything, every event, and all people from a desire-less and selfless angle, just you have to be a simple unconnected seer/observer; i.e. without any attachments; then the burdon of 'bondages' will not be there, and we will be feeling very light in our hearts and minds; we will then develope an attitude of seeing our own joy in other joyful persons and the world as a whole; this would be a clear and plain state of our joyful existence; we will have a few things, we will enjoy only small and old things, and still we will be so satisfied that we will not be craving for more, just to show-off and depict to the world for the sake of our self-gratification, and to tell them that I can also afford a car of 1 crore rupees; the real joy comes from the real satisfaction of our small-small things that we do and take pride in; this is an art of 'simply living', without any pomp and show, plain-truth existence; we should live like a child, but behave like a mature person; popularly it is said, 'be childlike, but not childish'.
