The entire Cosmos, that is often called as Universe is too vast: billions of stars and planets, millions and millions of plants, and biological species, and millions of other objects; and these facts are compiled based on thousands of scientific experiments, and millions of observations of the celestial sphere, and hundreds and hundreds of thought-experiments; all done over a period of nearly more than five hundred years and by thousands of scientists, observers, experimentalists, and analysts.
This is a real fact, and hence a factual reality.
Then, we the humans are one of this fact, and are a small part of the biological species on this Earth, in terms of numbers, sizes, variety, and volume.
Hence, we the entire humanity are a small and tiny speckle in this colossal and infinite vastness of the Universe.
If we understand this aspect and realize that in terms of physics, chemistry, nuclear reactions, and biological processes, we are nothing compared to the awesome, bizarre, and wonderful Universe, then we would develop some feeling of humbleness; and our daily squabbles, our partialities, our quarrels on religionic matters, our petty desires, our habits of aggrandisements, and our animosity to others would take tremendous back steps, and we would be able to live our routine lives with greater happiness, real joy, peace, calmness, and blissful existence; and ironically our individual life span itself is of an extremely small duration compared to the billions of years of the Cosmos!
