• Day 3: Listen to your favorite song and dance like nobody’s watching.
• Day 4: Try a mini DIY craft or doodle something fun.
• Day 5: Write a short “thank you” note to someone who helped you recently.
• Day 6: Take a walk and notice five beautiful things around you.
• Day 7: Do one thing that makes you laugh — watch a funny video, read a comic, or play a silly game.
Goal: By the end of the week, you’ll see that joy doesn’t always come from big events — it’s in the little, spontaneous moments that brighten life. 💖
