“Fruitful talents are rare to find in the industry”
Let’s understand this self made quote by me, everyone in this world are exceptional in some ways or other but to find that success path is difficult, some may find it early while some find later in their life!
If we look around us or consider the bright students who are very exceptional in their schooling but few of them regret some decisions made by them while choosing the write career path!
If we go opposite to this few students who are not that great in their schooling times but they leave their immersive footprint in the industry that everyone knows their name!
This gives me only one question in my mind “Does Marks Matter For A Better Tomorrow?” Well the answer to this question can be tricky as many run after marks and few run after their talent!
Being an Indian guy, parents always force their child to get excellent marks throughout their studies but some might achieve it and some may not so again a question rises up in my mind “Can Marks Purchase Talent And Eventually Money From It?” The clear answer is NO!
But there are some flaws in it, let say a person named XYZ is in normal private college who hardly got the admission in the desired course and on the other hand person PQR get’s the opportunity in one of the best ranking colleges and plus on scholarship, time goes by…. After the end of the curriculum person XYZ completes the course with Distinction Results and person PQR clears with First Class Results!
If you are reading this far than you might probably judged that the person PQR has got the finest career path with numerous job offers based on the college and person XYZ might me struggling with the career path and very few job offers in hand!
Just think about it that the person PQR got the ample job offers based on the college ranking and of course the preparation made by that person for the interview!
What about the person XYZ, because of lower college ranking the company did not even step in, interviews are far ahead!! Though the person has enough knowledge to crack the tech giant’s interview but still got rejected due to lower rated college ranking, Talent got wasted!
Almost, Every time High Ranking colleges take away the future of many students who are capable enough to crack the interview’s but due to low schooling scores they did not stand a chance to get admission in higher rated colleges and eventually the Talent gets wasted away!
