Every Woman Is a Force of Strength
Navratri is a celebration of Shakti—the divine feminine power that represents courage, wisdom, resilience and the strength to overcome challenges.
During these nine sacred days, we worship the different forms of Goddess Durga, each symbolising a unique quality of strength. But the spirit of Shakti is not limited to religious celebrations. It can also be seen in the everyday lives of women who challenge barriers, pursue their dreams, care for their families, build careers and stand up for their rights.
True women empowerment begins when a woman is respected not only for what she does for others, but also for who she is and what she aspires to become.
Empowerment means giving girls access to education, ensuring women have opportunities to work and lead, respecting their choices, and creating an environment where they can live with dignity, safety and independence.
Worshipping the divine feminine becomes even more meaningful when we translate that respect into our everyday actions—by encouraging girls to dream freely, supporting women’s ambitions and recognising their abilities without prejudice.
Dr. Anchal Gupta’s Message
“This Navratri, let us celebrate Shakti not only through devotion, but also through our actions. Every woman deserves the freedom to learn, the confidence to make her own choices and the opportunity to fulfil her potential. When we empower women, we strengthen families, communities and society as a whole.”
This Navratri, let respect become our tradition and women’s empowerment our commitment.
