🌸 7-Day Gratitude Challenge for Readers
How it works: Each day, take 5–10 minutes to focus on one theme. Write, draw, or simply reflect. At the end of the week, notice how your perspective has shifted!
Day 1 – Family & Friends: Write a short note to someone you appreciate or tell them in person why you’re grateful for them.
Day 2 – Pets & Animals: Spend extra time with your pet or observe animals around you. Reflect on the joy they bring.
Day 3 – Nature & Surroundings: Go outside and notice three things in nature that make you smile — the sun, flowers, birds, or even the breeze.
Day 4 – Food & Comforts: Enjoy a meal mindfully. Write down 3 things about it you’re thankful for — taste, nutrition, or simply having it.
Day 5 – Personal Strength & Growth: Reflect on a challenge you overcame or a skill you’re proud of. Write it down or share it with someone.
Day 6 – Acts of Kindness: Do one small kind act today — help someone, compliment a friend, or even smile at a stranger.
Day 7 – Small Joys & Moments: List 5 small things that made you happy this week — a laugh, a song, a fun snack, a text from a friend.
Tip: Keep a small notebook or journal for this challenge. At the end of the week, read through it — you’ll see how much you have to be thankful for! 💖
