To be really 'enlightened' you don't have to be a Sadhguru, a Pope, a Yoga guru Ramdev, a Shree Shree Ravishankar, and so on so forth.

They have adopted certain uniform, studied the scriptures for some years, practiced climbing certain steps of the earlier-said ladder, and attained some special skills to communicate with large gathering, in either English, Hindi or Kannada, and by repeatedly giving discourses have become very famous gurus, teachers and preachers.
They are no doubt, highly respectable and adorable.

You have to be a simple, honest, hardworking and a very kind human being who loves all the creation in the Universe, who does not have any selfish interests, who loves observing the nature, wonders at this awesome universe, and 'creates' and 'writes' the poetry of his/her own deriving the inspiration from this 'miraculous' phenomenon,
is the individual who is also 'truly enlightened'.
