The white sugar is a highly refined stuff and is added in the food only for taste.
It does not contain any minerals, vitamins, fibers, and proteins; in a way it is a useless stuff!
If not digested, it shows up in your blood as 'sugar' and it is not at all good for your health; especially for the ones who have diabetes; and would increase the risk of heart attack, and obesity; and being obese is not good at all, the latter has many side effects of fatigue, breathing problems, and psychological aspects, etc.
So, please stop eating white sugar and any sweets that contain white sugar; it is not good in long run for your health.
That is why it has been often said that white sugar is poison!
In a way it is a slow poison only, if not the poison in the direct sense of the term.
And for the refinement to make it 'white' we are paying their expenses, and the future expenses in the form of medical tests, injections, and medicines!
