Invariably, we the very leaned denizens of various towns, and cities keep accumulating the solid and wet wastes and dumping here and there; this is still a gory condition in even good cities (examples: Bangalore, Vadodara); and there is no proper waste management system implementation; this amounts to choking, it would reverberate onto us in one or the other form: stinking smell, spread of Cholera, infections, and choking of our drainage systems.
(Based on personal observations and bad experiences).

A few years ago, Chennai (the capital city of Tamilnadu) was choked, and when heavy rains occurred, it all reverberated to the people in a disastrous manner.
Yet, we have not learnt any lesson from this.
