And lastly, Prashant Bhushan sir found guilty in contempt of court. To be precise criminal contempt. And already Prashant Bhushan sir found guilty so, there should be the punishment among any of this. And we already wrote in the constitution that there should be a separation of the judiciary from the legislative and executive. So who is becoming an obstacle for not giving him the punishment? Or the Court that might be regretting after giving the decision of proving guilty. With detailed observation, I want to write that there is a 3 judge bench over the case of Prashant Bhushan. Its already mentioned that there should be a minimum of 5 judges bench should give a decision on critical things like this. In my opinion, there are many mistakes that have been done court by too for this particular matter.
