Secretary in migratory birds
In the present time we have to face invironment on a large scale. We have cut down trees and the impact is that places of forests are vanished. Without considering future we vanished maximum part of forests. Cement concrete multistoried buildings we have erected. The balance of nature is spoiled because of it. Today we are thinking what to do but we don’t get solution.
Because of vanishing forests we lost birds existance. In previous time there were many birds around us. The sparrows built nest in our house. The sparrows were chirping day and night. Today we can’t find sparrows and their sound also.
There were migratory birds which fly from one place to other. From saiberiya migratory birds such as flemingo came to our country on a large scale. Today we can’t find such migratory birds. The water level in reservoir has lessened. The birds can’t get sufficient food. Now it is great problem of birds existance.
Lack of food, no safe place for building nests, less water availability these are some of the reasons. Migration places are increased but individual species are decreased. In our country migratory birds come from Europe, America, Saiberiya, Russiya, and Tebet. They travell for 20 to 50 thousand kilometers. 40 to 60 kilometers per hour is their flying speed. In our country fishing is on a large scale, so the main food of these birds is less. Lack of food they have left seashores.
Migration is sign of balance of nature. In Maharashtra we find many migratory birds. Birds are important in food cycle. We must give them shelter. Birds migration is very Im portant in various points of view. We must think over it. If natures cycle is proper one then we lead better life. It is our duty to save the birds. We have to put water on our building terrace. We hang empty baskets where ever we get place. Because of these two things their problem of food and proper place is finished.
The birds like to enjoy free life so don’t put them in cages. We cant deprive their freedom. Let them to live freely. Some people bind birds and animals. I donot like their behaviour. It is not proper that parrots put in cages, dogs bind with chain. Let them free. If we do not change our attitude then in future time we have to see these birds and animals in pictures only. Sparrows, peacocks, tigers, crows and some migratory birds are lessening.
We our eyes are opened? In government there is separate department to save birds and animals. The hunters kill such birds and animals. We must protect them from hunters.
