The Thirsty Crow
One hot summer day, a thirsty crow was searching for water. It flew over fields and trees but couldn’t find a single drop to drink. Suddenly, it spotted a tall pitcher with a little water at the bottom.
The crow tried to reach the water, but its beak couldn’t go deep enough. It thought for a moment and then got a clever idea. It picked up small pebbles and dropped them into the pitcher one by one. Slowly, the water level began to rise. After some time, the water reached the top, and the crow happily drank to its heart’s content.
The crow flew away, feeling refreshed and proud of its intelligence.
