The Path of Self-Respect
Where merit has no value, and only wealth’s echo rings,
To stay in such a world, a heavy burden brings.
When faith becomes a jewel, worn only by the elite,
How can a common soul find a place to retreat?
The gifted stand in silence, for their pockets hold no gold,
In a world that prizes riches, and leaves the wise out in the cold.
Where humanity must bow down at the feet of luxury's pride,
It’s better to forsake that path, where truth is cast aside.
I leave behind the shadows of a biased, hollow grace,
For every gathering feels empty in a loveless, heartless place.
Ashish says, "O seeker, rise! Let your dignity be known,
To stay where you aren't valued is a defeat you shouldn't own."
The steps toward transformation shall never now retreat,
In search of my own essence, I find my soul complete.
