Also, if your center of work and influence is far away, then they cannot relate to that situation. One should be locally placed and contributing to the local cause. Then, you will be fresh in their memories.

O: Many such programs are self-sponsored ones, they spend money, and they also give lunch, hence, a good number of people will attend such events.
