Emotions are the colours with which we paint our canvas of life: anger paints revenge, hatred paints violence, malice leads to crimes, love prefers desire, and belief turns into blind faith. Thus the past goes on painting the canvas of our future, if we ignore the present. Very few dare to live in present. Unfortunately, present sets in before the old paint dries and whatever we try to paint becomes hazy and meaningless. The random colouring ultimately makes the whole canvas ‘all black’.
