Second Chances...
Standing at his doorsteps with an invite in his hand, Rishi smiled at Rahul and said, “Naina, your ex-wife is making me the happiest man in coming ten days, by marrying me.” Rahul stood holding the door, staring him with seething anger. Rishi continued, “You spent years breaking that girl day by day, bit by bit. Let me assure you that I will spend my whole life, gently putting those pieces back together till she is whole again.”
Thrusting the invite in Rahul’s hand, Rishi said, “I personally wanted to invite you... DON’T YOU DARE COME!” Saying this, he left.
