Go by your dedication, your commitment to a cause on this planet. That will draw out the valor, vigor, peace, stability and focus from within you. Otherwise, you feel good one moment and bad the next and the cycle will only continue.
Running away from the situation won't make it disappear, "Oh! I'll go to the Himalayas and meditate for three to five years, then things will be different.' What will you do? Five years later you will get into the same mess, or an even bigger mess.
Stop worrying about, 'Who will help me? How will I get the resources?' Why should nature give you more when you are stuck with your little mind?
The greater your commitment, the greater nature will support with commitment with more energy and greater help. And the means will come to you automatically. That's the beauty of life, the magnanimity of life, the way to expand in life.
