काव्य रीति से बाहर निकलकर,
जिंदगी को समर्पण कर-कर।
भावना सारी मन की सुना दी,
शब्द में ढालकर गुनगुनाकर।।

प्रीत की रीत सबसे पुरानी,
हैं कृष्ण-मीरा रहे मोजबानी।
डारो बंधन न हिस्से में इनके,
जोड़ो न भित्त किस्से में इनके।।
