It is well recognised that the 'hierarchy' is devised and made by the patriarchal culture ( i.e. "> i.e. by fathers, the men, and not the mothers, i.e. "> i.e. the ladies) and it seems, it is unavoidable and even indispensable.
However, the 'hierarchy', though seems natural, the most humans across the ages (in much of the history), from ancient tribes to Native Americans, see the 'circle' as a natural paradigm, i.e. "> i.e. method or practice based on the prevalent context,
The 'circle' here means, like all equal people sitting in a circle and discussing (some issues) versus a chieftain, the head of a tribe.
