The end is endless,but so is learning to let go.
Everyone in this world has lost something. It may be a favourite toy, a place where they once felt safe, a person they loved deeply, or a living person who still exists but is no longer connected to them. That, too, is loss. Loss does not always arrive with an ending we can see. Sometimes it comes quietly, in the form of distance, silence, and unanswered moments.
Some goodbyes are never spoken out loud. They happen on ordinary days, during conversations you believe will happen again. You do not realise it then, but that was the last time. The last chance to speak kindly. The last moment you thought would repeat itself. Only later do you understand that you were saying a final goodbye without knowing it.
Endings feel strange and unsettling at first. They make you question everything you felt and everything you gave. But slowly, life distracts you. Days move on. Tears dry. And the pain that once felt unbearable learns how to stay quiet somewhere inside you. Everything has an end. A person. A connection. Even us. At the final destination, nothing we chased comes with us, only memories and regrets remain.
So if loss is unavoidable and the end itself becomes endless, why not let go with grace and keep only what once felt warm?
