My advice to my children and young readers:
1. Never believe that some one is troubling you or creating trouble for you.
He/she may be or may not be.
You might be wrong in your present judgement.
2. Do not dwell too long in a well of negative energy, else to come out of it, it would need a lot of positive effort from you or others.
3. We feel more pain when we are weak (or our mind is weak), but feel less pain when we are mentally strong.
4. So, we feel suffering to the extent of our own limitations, the amount of 'trouble' being the same.
5. Every difficult situation gives you an opportunity for you to prove your might (power, energy), and apply your ideas/approaches, so that you come out as a winner.
Hence, be courageous, bold and brave.
