Paranoia is a condition in which a person feels that someone is watching, following and is against him/her; and in almost all the cases this would not be true.

I want to introduce a new word 'Daranoia' as a derivative of the word Paranoia';
the person in this case has a feeling that someone is seeing and/or listening him/her; in fact nobody is in near vicinity!

Here, 'dar' can mean that there is some 'fear' in the mind of the person that the people are always in near presence of the individual; but this is not always true.

One can use the word 'fearnoia' for such a condition.

The deductions made here are based on my real-life observations of certain families, where certain members of the family have daranoia or fearnoia.
