GSU 11:
There are many oldies (often called or addressed as dosa, dosi, in colloquial usage of the terms), but there are only a few real dada, dadi (true grandparents), often these formers have a habit of giving unwanted, unasked for advices, and this irks their children, and creates 'animosity' in the homely environs, hence, it is better being wiser for these people to have invested in property for their own usage during their old age times; so they do not depend on their children.
