One of our directors used to tell the following:
Assume in an organization there 100% of people, then their would be upper 20% who need not be told anything, they will continue to perform as per the goals of the organization and the projects; there will be another 20% to whom whatever you tell, it does not affect them, they will do or not do anything, but as per their own choice, they will simply listen; only the remaining 60% people you have to guide and goad in the direction that is set out as a charter of the organization for project work and related tasks, and it would be possible to do this, and that is the major aspect and responsibility of the leadership.
