चिंता की सेज पर,
पिघलती है जिंदगी।
अंगारों के मेज पर,
जलती है जिंदगी।
फूलों के बिस्तर पर,
मचलती है जिंदगी।
सुख दुख बैठे जिस साख़ पर,
ले जाएगा तूफ़ान जिधर ,
वही दफ़न होगी जिंदगी ।।
