Being Rich and Becoming Rich both have different meanings! According to all of us being rich means you are born rich and on the other hand a person does Hard Work to become rich. According to me everyone is rich, there are no differences between Poor and Rich, how you may ask write? The answer is simple, a person can afford everything but everything has a time to get achieved, an average middle class person will prioritise everything that what needs to be accomplished first. When you achieve something valuable in very early stages of life, very few people will appreciate it and most will judge you that their ancestors have helped them. This degrades your dignity among them rather just move on and achieve the path of success. Become good enough Rich that you put your hand on anything you are capable of purchasing it. This defies how hard work you have done in life that you are capable to live luxurious life.
Why people never hesitate for Resignation but are afraid of Layoffs? Let’s understand this, so basically both the terms are way too different from each other and in most cases both can be good in certain cases! Well in the industry this both words have very powerful meanings as they carry away someone’s most precious things, time and many more, but as the saying is there “Happiness can be found in the darkest hour”, this mindset should be there in everyone’s mind! People clock in the resignation for various reasons and this could vary from person to person as some put in because they feel too much stressed while some want to upgrade their skills and furthermore not getting adequate pay according to the skills! But while putting the resignation on table you are happy as you have got the backup for another job out there in the industry, well this isn’t the case with Layoffs! Layoffs can be more devastating than expected as person doesn’t know that he is going to be fired in the coming days, weeks or months and in most cases no prior notice is given and person is fired within 10-15 days! Just imagine you went home after completing your pending work, enjoyed weekend and on Monday morning you fire up the E-Mail and see the first mail that You have been sacked and pack off things as soon as possible! What would be your reaction at that time? Well everyone reading this post has the answer to it! If you are financially strong than you might not worry as you will find a new job soon but what about people who are the only bread and butter of the family? How much pressure/stress they might feel after getting such E-Mail as they need to pay Bills, EMI, Rents and what not! Layoffs can only be good in cases where company is in loss and you have signed a contract with the company to not leave for X months/years. Most MNC companies conducts mass Layoffs where plethora of people lost their jobs and companies lost Fruitful Talents because of it! Layoffs are also not bad in some cases but it should be done only when no option is left with, as after conducting the layoff you are playing with someone’s future so please be careful with it! If companies plan to layoff then just give the fired employees enough time to find a new position in the industry so that they don’t fell stressed out thinking I need to pay all my pending Bills, EMI, Rent, How will I manage it, etc…… Just give a thought on it! “Fruitful talents are rare to find in the industry” Let’s understand this self made quote by me, everyone in this world are exceptional in some ways or other but to find that success path is difficult, some may find it early while some find later in their life! If we look around us or consider the bright students who are very exceptional in their schooling but few of them regret some decisions made by them while choosing the write career path! If we go opposite to this few students who are not that great in their schooling times but they leave their immersive footprint in the industry that everyone knows their name! This gives me only one question in my mind “Does Marks Matter For A Better Tomorrow?” Well the answer to this question can be tricky as many run after marks and few run after their talent! Being an Indian guy, parents always force their child to get excellent marks throughout their studies but some might achieve it and some may not so again a question rises up in my mind “Can Marks Purchase Talent And Eventually Money From It?” The clear answer is NO! But there are some flaws in it, let say a person named XYZ is in normal private college who hardly got the admission in the desired course and on the other hand person PQR get’s the opportunity in one of the best ranking colleges and plus on scholarship, time goes by…. After the end of the curriculum person XYZ completes the course with Distinction Results and person PQR clears with First Class Results! If you are reading this far than you might probably judged that the person PQR has got the finest career path with numerous job offers based on the college and person XYZ might me struggling with the career path and very few job offers in hand! Just think about it that the person PQR got the ample job offers based on the college ranking and of course the preparation made by that person for the interview! What about the person XYZ, because of lower college ranking the company did not even step in, interviews are far ahead!! Though the person has enough knowledge to crack the tech giant’s interview but still got rejected due to lower rated college ranking, Talent got wasted! Almost, Every time High Ranking colleges take away the future of many students who are capable enough to crack the interview’s but due to low schooling scores they did not stand a chance to get admission in higher rated colleges and eventually the Talent gets wasted away! “Salaries are not to be shared with anyone” Now if we understand this tag line than yet salaries are not to be disclosed but everyone some how finds out it in the form of exact or lump sum amount! How do we get this information well there is no answer to it and everyone has the answer to it, yes you heard it write but regarding finding the lump sum salary in most of the cases Experience is the key area where one identifies the income! This was the general trivia now just imagine you are in college and you got placed in a company with all your hard work behind it, Congratulations to you🥳! Now in the same company you find the Employee Handbook that to not share your Salary in any form, here comes the blunder, the blunder is that from whichever college you got passed out will post a photo of you with big bold letters that X amount CTC and just below that the company name! Just imagine you just read the Handbook and saw not to disclose the income you get from the company but on the other side most of the people sitting around you or your colleagues know it that what package was offered to you! This thing is done just for the sake of getting reputation for getting more enrolments in the Colleges but as far as I think this should be stopped as some people might judge you just based on your CTC which is completely wrong! This is the harsh truth which is accepted, furthermore many websites you search will give you an average salary for the position you search for that particular company! An ideal thought came to me in my mind while i was scrolling my Instagram account and saw some people got placed in a company with X amount of CTC!
You all have must heard a saying that “Money Doesn’t Grow On Trees” If you relate your life with this quote than we can relate many things, see that Leaves act just as the Money which we spend for all our needs and the roots of the tree works as the backbone of our financial conditions. If we dig more in we nourish the plant with the fertiliser so that it can sprout well, it again goes same with our lives just as a person other than main income generates a different way called passive income through investments in various things such as Mutual Funds, SIP, Insurance, Stock Market, etc… to live a luxurious life. Trees with strong roots are pretty arduous to remove as they have their root’s settled deep down the earth, just like this in our lives FUNDS are passed on from generations to generations in the form of Gold, Land, Buildings, etc… so that they can be financially strong and never has to lend a hand to someone for getting things done! Removing the leaves from the trees will not shatter the plant completely instead after some days you will find new leaf has sprouted, if we relate this in our lives than the best tag line comes in that is “WHATEVER HAPPENS, IT HAPPENS FOR THE GOOD” that if we lose something that is financially affecting than that would matter us for short period of time and than again the life goes on smoothly! As some point of time trees will shred itself, if we relate this than everyone has a timeline so it’s upto us that how we want to live our lives and be something valuable for this world or your family! Lastly, as we started this conversation on trees and related it with the human being, be always kind and respectful to others as at some point of time you will face your consequences whether be it good or bad!
