Disturbed

‘Just like me.’ I am thinking. I am having three men in my life. Nathaniel, Chuck and George. George has four women including me after those three.
“Tell me one thing George. Even after leading a lonely life for a long time why did not you prefer to have a family life? Have you never thought to have company? Like wife, son and daughter?”
“No, I always liked to lead a lonely life.”
“Why George? Why it is so? Generally people who lead lives like you desperately want to have family.”
George is not saying anything. But it appears that he is thinking something.
“Tell me George. Is there something behind your decision?” hugging him strongly I asked him.
“Fear of loss Dazzle.” He said with a small voice. “It is fear of loss.”
“What is that fear of loss?” I just cannot understand what he is talking.
“Both of my parents looked after me so well while they were alive. I enjoyed a lot with them. They loved me a lot and I loved them a lot. Even it was all happened at my very childhood I remembered that all very well.” After a little pause he said again. “Then my both parents were died in an accident.”
“I am terribly sorry.” I am really feeling very bad on hearing that.
“Then the fear of loss started in me. I always think it is better not to have warm and sweet relationship rather than losing it and worrying later. I thought it is better not to have a family rather than losing any of them and worrying.”
“How foolish! I can say that you are thinking very foolishly. If everyone thinks like you there is no world on this day.”
“You may be right. I just cannot change myself.”
“I am going to change you George. I am going to change you thoroughly in that regard.” Kissing all over his face again I said.
Now without a warning George hugged me again and I am enjoying it all over in the usual way.

“You are listening only to my voice. Nothing else. Your body and mind completely oblige whatever I say.”
Viola is hypnotizing me again. I am feeling her voice so smooth and so good. Viola is indeed a great hypnotist.
“There is no anxiety in you. You are feeling completely relaxed. Completely happy.”
I don’t know what is the magic in it but I am really feeling completely relaxed and happy.
“You are feeling sleepy. Your eyelids are becoming more and more heavier. You are going into trance. My voice does have control on you. Whatever I do say go straight to your subconscious.”
Viola is still saying something but consciously I cannot understand what she is talking. But I know whatever she is saying going straight into my subconscious.
“Oh, you woke up!” when I have waken up I found Menaka sitting in the chair near to my bed.
“Where is Viola? She is hypnotizing me and programming me.” Looking for Viola around I said.
“By the time I came here she finished programming you. She said that she would come here again.”
“I am feeling so happy and relaxed now. Viola is indeed a very skilled hypnotist.”
“She is. Yes.” Menaka nodded her head. “I am also having good experience in hypnotism. I hypnotized people before.”
“Is it is so?” I asked her surprisingly. “You are not a psychologist. Then how you have learnt hypnotism?’
“There is no rule that only psychologists should learn hypnotism. Whoever having interest in hypnotism can learn that.”
“I see.” I nodded my head.
“If you give me a chance I do hypnotize you and show you how much skillful I am in hypnotizing.”
“In future I sure do give you a chance to hypnotize me.” I smiled and said.
My eyes became wide with happiness while Williams is entering into our room.
“Welcome brother. You have come into my room after a very long time.”
“I always want to come into your room but feel fear that you may think I am disturbing you.”
“Hundred percent absurd! How do I think like that? You know very well that I enjoy your company a lot.” I said with little angrily.
“I am sorry.” He is saying. “I know your mentality. Anyhow how you are feeling now a day.”
“Very nice.” I produced a cool smile. “No odd experiences so far in the last one or two days.”
“I am so happy on hearing that. May be because of this Menaka….” Looking into the face of Menaka, Williams is saying “this great change has taken place. She is great”
“It is not at all so. I am not at all great.” Menaka is saying. “It is all happened like that all by itself or it may be because of that Viola’s hypnotizing.”
“I don’t think it is because of that Viola’s hypnotizing. She does not know how to hypnotize in a perfect way.”
“Be careful! If she hears this you would be in real trouble.” Mocking fear in my face I said.
“Anyhow be careful Dazzle. I am feeling happy that you are not having those bad experiences so far. But I am feeling you are not completely safe yet. Why all that has to happen in your life I cannot understand.”
“I too cannot understand.” I am saying “that is why we are taking the help of a private detective and he very soon helps us in knowing about that.”
“I hope so Dazzle.” Williams is saying. “I have heard about this Smaran. I came to know that he is a very capable one.”
“Yes, my uncle is really capable in solving mysteries fast.” Menaka said.
Williams sat in another chair nearby to my bed.
“This Menaka has become a very good companion to me. She is just like a shadow to me every time and everywhere. I don’t think any danger happens to me while I am protected like this.”
“It is my responsibility to see that there is no danger whatsoever at any point of time to you.” With firmness in her voice Menaka said.
“We are very happy that you are fixed like that for our Dazzle.” Wiliams is saying. “How you are feeling here? Is everything alright to you? Don’t feel shy to ask for anything that you do need here.”
“Thank you very much. I do remember this.” Menaka said.

“Come with me. Come with me now.” I am hearing that voice. It is small but clear. It is having a strong effect on me. “You just cannot remain staying there. You follow my voice. You just follow it.”
It is becoming impossible to me not to follow that voice. I got off from the bed and started walking. I know that Menaka is sleeping just beside me on the bed. I can wake her up if I want. But I do not prefer to do that. I don’t know why but I just want to follow that voice. Without bothering for anything I am simply following that voice. I just cannot go against its pulling force.
“Come with me. Just follow my voice. Come with me.” I am just going after the voice. I know I am walking and I know that I am following a voice but I don’t know why I am blindly doing that.
“Don’t stop anywhere. Just come after me.” I have lost all sense to know where I am going and what I am doing. I am just following that voice walking briskly.
“Now jump over the wall. Jump down.”
I am on the terrace of my house. I am not thinking or feeling anything consciously. I am just about to jump over the parapet wall then felt a strong pull on my shoulder. I almost fallen on the back of me but stopped by someone. I came out of my trance and looked around. Menaka held me in her hands.
“What? What is happening?” I am in full of confusion. I just don’t know what is happening.
“You are just about to jump over the parapet wall and I stopped you.”
“What?” I astounded on hearing that. Previously also I tried to jump over the parapet wall. What would have happened if I jumped over the wall? My heart is filling with intense fear while I am thinking like that. I am having a dizzy feeling.
“Please come down Dazzle. We think about everything once we reach into your room” Menaka is saying.
I am still in shock. Why I am feeling like this and doing like this? Who said it like that to me and made me jump almost over the parapet wall?
“You have started hearing some voice and you followed it just blindly, is it is not so?” once we both were settled in my room Menaka said.
“You are absolutely right Menaka” I am saying. “What I don’t know is whose voice that is and why it directed me like that.” I hissed out heavily. “And why I have followed it like that?”
“What exactly it said to you?” Menaka further inquired.
“Come with me. Come with me. Just follow me.”
“And you have followed it without bothering about anything else.”
“I must say you are right. Why that blindly I followed that voice I cannot understand.” I am saying. “How do you know that I am following a voice? You were sound asleep then.”
“Suddenly I woke up. I looked for you on the bed and could not find you. I came out of the room and saw you going like that. I just followed you all the way.”
“Have you heard any voice while following me like that?” I asked her.
“No, I did not hear any voice.” With firmness in her voice Menaka said. “But because of your previous experiences so far, I deduced it has happened like that just by your listening a voice.”
“You are damned right. I just cannot understand why only I am imagining like this?” holding my head in my hands I said.
“Dazzle.” Menaka put her hand around my shoulders and is saying. “Just be patient for some days. My uncle keeps his promise. He sure gives the answers to all the questions.”
“But I just cannot understand….it is something completely related to my psyche….” I am in utter confusion and distress.
“Believe me. If my uncle said that he can solve it in all respects, he can. He is hundred percent capable.” The firmness in her voice is surprising to me.
“Alright then.” I nodded my head.

“What Dazzle? Did it really happen like so?” Viola is aghast as soon as I told her what happened last night.
“Hundred percent true.” Menaka confirmed it to her. “If I have not stopped her she would have jumped over the parapet wall.”
“My god! It was not the first time.” Viola is saying. “At that time Williams saved you. Now it is Menaka.” She went near to Menaka and put her hand on her shoulder. “I just don’t know how to thank you dear. What would have happened to our Dazzle without you I cannot think of.”
“It is just my duty. I am asked to watch every move of Dazzle. I am just following the instructions of my uncle.”
“Just do it like that in future also.” Viola is saying. “Until your uncle comes with a solution for it.”
“What you both are talking assembling here?” my aunt came there with a questioning expression on her face.
Her facial expression turned to one of horror while she is hearing what Viola is saying.
“Why Dazzle? Why you have tried such type of a thing? What would have happened if this Menaka not stopped you?”
I ran towards her, put my both hands around her neck and started weeping. I became completely emotional. “I just don’t know why and how I have behaved like that. I just don’t know why only I am imagining like this. Really, really I am feeling too much fear what would have happened if this Menaka did not stop me then.”
