“Disrespect to the parents is not at all good. Not only doing a big mistake, you are blaming your parents also. It is not wise” he said with an anger filled voice.
“How much you know about my parents? Why anyone particularly want to be disrespectful and disregard to his or her parents without any reason? My mother got pregnancy before her marriage. She got it aborted and married my father, is it is not a wrong? Has she any right to question me?” she too asked angrily. Even it has been said to her by Sunanda that her mother did not get her pregnancy aborted herself but got a miscarriage, Sameera did not want to accept it at all. She has got pregnancy with a person other than her father itself was creating enough anger in her and making her oblvious to other things.
“I don’t know about that. Still it would not shake my respect and affection I had got on your mother” Aravind said. “We should not just come to conclusions. How did you have come to know about this? Have you ever talked about this with your mother?”
“Somehow I had come to know about that, is it is important? They cannot keep themselves clean but rigorously trying to discipline their child, is it is allowable? Alright I agree. She did that wrong a long time back and she was just a young girl then. But why should she try to discipline me, torture me all now and then? Why should not she allow me having my freedom?” now there was distress in her voice along with anger.
“She did a mistake and may be wanted that you would not do such a mistake. It is all because of the love and affection she has got on you. Instead of understanding that you are trying to punish her” he paused for a moment and said “Alright, we put aside your mother for a moment. What your father did then? Have not you considered how he would feel once he knows what big wrong you have committed with me?” without moving his questioning gaze from her face he asked sternly.
“I may excuse my mother but never my father” she gritted her teeth as if to control her anger. “You know what big wrong he did and still he is doing? My blood boils whenever I think about that” her voice was filled with hate, disgust and anger.
“I cannot understand even a little from what you have said. It seems that you have just promised yourself to say only bad things against your parents to me now” turning his head away from her he said.
“No children want to make their parents unnecessarily worry. No children want to make their parents lower in the society. But if parents themselves do wrongs, they cannot bear. My parents did wrongs like that. I never can excuse them.” There was no lessening of anger in her voice.
“First tell me what mistake your father did.” Aravind said once again turning his gaze towards Sameera. Because of the surprising turn of the topic he momentarily forgot what he had committed just before.
“It is not a mistake. It was a deliberate wrong which he should not have committed at all. Not just that, he is continuing it now also. I had seen it with my own eyes. Otherwise I would never have come to know and never could suspect a thing like that either.” Her body was shivering with anger.
“You did not tell me yet what it is” Aravind asked her irritatingly.
“Six months or so back I went to the hospital before them on that day to get some medicines to home for my mother and I remained in the other room in which the medicines stored when they came into the room behind it and they did not know I was in the other room. Because of the inpatients the hospital would never be closed. They had latched the room in which they were in and no one could come into it then and the small room in which I was then was behind their room and I could not go out in any other way except through it. I had watched everything through a small window in my room and I would not be noticed unless they particularly see through that window. There was a big table in that room and she laid herself on it. My father made himself fully naked before he made her so and got on top of her. Then he did those bad things to her. Oh, how awful! How disgusting! How much I hated my father and that woman. After everything finished they went out of that room as if nothing had happened. I really had to make lot of effort to come away from there hiding myself and my anger without letting them know” her face reddened and her anger reached its motto.
Aravind shocked. There was bewilderment in his face. He could not think this type of a thing with Dr.Rajesh even in his dreams. He had got lot of respect on him. The thing that told by Sameera about Tanuja did not surprise him much. It was a simple mistake most young women would do. She might be quite immature at that time. But if what Sameera said about her father was true, the wrong committed by him was not at all a small one.
“Who is that woman?” he asked even he could guess who she was.
“Is there any necessity that I tell you who is that woman?” looking into his eyes she asked. “That whore Malathi”
The ensuing silence became quite unbearable to them both but they could not find a way to break it. When he drew himself near to her and put his hands around her shoulders and planted a kiss on her left cheek, she did not try to stop him but turned towards him and offered her lips as well for a gentle kiss. He kissed on them too “Just forget your parents. I ask you one thing straight. Is your love on me hundred percent true? Please don’t try to lie. I may bear even you say that your love is not true but I cannot bear a lie. I prefer to bear sour truth than a sweetened lie”
“Why did you get such a doubt? If my love on you is not real why did I give myself to you so?” the sudden distress in her eyes that was evoked by his doubting her love was not gone unnoticed by him.
“Is it is not just to take revenge on your parents you have done this with me? From what you have said that is what occurring to me”
She kissed on his nose and take his face into her both hands again and pressed her face to that. “I have got lot of anger on my parents and of course there was an idea to take revenge on them as well by doing this. But my love on you is real. You are the very first and only man with whom I got this. There would be no other person in the whole of my life to share either with my body or my heart. It is only you for me all the time.” And then she made herself away from him and said “I know I cannot make you believe just by plain words. What should I do to make you believe me?”
“Only one thing you have to do” he said leaning himself onto the wall there. “If you do that I agree that your love on me is hundred percent true.”
“Just tell me about that and I obey without questioning.” she said.
“You should not ask me to leave my black world and stop adoring my bad angels” looking into her eyes hopefully, he said.
“My God! I have forgotten about this and could not see the possibility of your asking it” she tormented herself in the silence for a moment and said “Even I agree to your request my parents would not agree to this at all. They would not allow my relationship with you if you go after those bad angels and black world”
“You don’t like your parents. Then what would be the problem even they don’t like what I am doing? Even they don’t like, we both can marry and live together.” there was surprise in his voice.
“It is not so that I hate my parents for each and everything. After all they are my parents. One thing is true that they want my good. They do love me a lot.” She said in a small tone. “So you please …”
“You have said that you are ready to do anything to prove your love to me” he said challengingly “If you don’t do it I really doubt.”
“Alright, alright” she held up her hands in submission. “I am agreeing. I am not going to ask you to refrain yourself from adoring your bad angels and leave your black world. But you yourself should try to come away from them if your love on me is true” she could not think of that her real purpose in offering herself so to him would mix with dust in this way.
“I try. But I cannot guarantee anything” turning his head away from her he said.
She clutched his face with her hands and turned it towards her forcibly “If your love on me is true, you would certainly try” looking into his eyes straight she said.

“We have seen the kitchen before. There are no noticeable things here. It is a waste of time searching here” while Anand was searching every inch of the kitchen, Sunanda said.
“Anyhow I have finished with it. It is not unnatural that we cannot find any thing worth noticeable here. Kitchen is not a place to keep things important” Anand said. “What other places we have to search in this house?”
“There are two upstairs rooms” Sunanda said.
“We have spent most of the time in the middle room. So there is no use in going and searching in it since if there is anything noticeable in it, it would have been found by us by now itself. The other room we shall go and look thoroughly. We may come through something worth noticeable in it.” coming out of the kitchen Anand said.
“But we may better choose to go to upstairs in the last.” Sunanda said.
“Why it is so?’ he could not understand.
“For nearly one hour or so Aravind and Sameera have been in the upstairs room. I am doubting that something very intimate has been going on in between them there” with a very low voice she said. “Even we don’t go into their room our going into the first room itself may disturb them. They could hear our sounds.”
“They both are very deep lovers now, are not they?” with a smile he asked.
“Yes” she said.
“But they have not been married yet”
“You are sounding like an innocent child to me” she said scoldingly “does an experiment between lovers need a marriage?”
“Of course not” he agreed. “If it is so, we are not going to disturb them at all. We shall go upstairs in the very last. Then what the other places left in this house to be explored by us”
“Grandmother’s room itself” a sudden enthusiasm jumped into her face. “She may have kept something important and noticeable in her room.”
“That Sameera and her parents are settled in that room itself. They would have found in it if there is anything noticeable.” Anand said.
Sunanda clipped her lower lip between her teeth frames and released it slowly. “It is indeed a big room. There are cupboards and grandma’s big cot. So I want to search in that room thoroughly.” She said.
“But that room is Sameera and her parents. They may think otherwise if we go and look in it like that.” Looking at Rajesh and Tanuja who stood in verandah at some distance to them, Anand said.
“We are not going to disturb their things and be careful while searching. They don’t think otherwise” looking into the face of Anand, Sunanda said.
